Partnering with Right&Above, the client initially sought to add multiple functionalities and modules to its existing web based platform with quick time-to-market on a startup budget. The partnership eventually evolved from solely web development to mobile development and DevOps support.
Working closely with the Client product management team, we have been adding multiple application modules to improve the web platform. This process ultimately transformed the existing platform into a powerful tool to network, find, figure, fund and flip properties. But we did not stop there. Since offering a robust, engaging mobile experience to members can have a serious impact on client’s revenues, we have developed native mobile applications to facilitate real investing on the go. The applications are available in Google Play and Apple stores with over 100,000 downloads.
As a result, the application connects you with local real estate investors; notifies you of investment properties in your location; helps locate cash buyers and secure private funding for investing in real estate. Members can also review how-to articles and access house flipping calculators and formulas. The system currently facilitates over $3 Billion a month in funding for real estate investors.
