It is important for us to use the latest technologies and offer the most user-friendly and flexible tools, especially when it comes to customer verification and compliance for the financial services platform where more than 600K+ users daily carry out over 8M transactions and build their digital wallets. Right&Above have created Communication Service including a video conferencing system guaranteeing that our solution meets the needs of our highly demanding clientele. It’s the responsive, secured and user-friendly system that enables to maximize the user experience and scale the business.
Solution
- Voice and video communication, WebRTC based chat for client verification and compliance purposes. Videoconferencing to ensure video meetings for passing the mandatory KYC / KYB and AML inspections by clients. We have provided company and its Clients with possibility to configure conference, integrate them with calendar, ensure Reminder controls. Jitsi software was used as the basic tool.
- Internal Messaging Service (IMS). This section allows to manage all communication requirements for each communication type, communication settings, definition of templates, to review the list of all executed communications, alerting of admin personnel about critical situations. IMS on customer wallet side (for customers which completed the signup process and play with their wallets based on the products selected) and on service provider portal side supply an extensive system of all sorts of threads: thematic and personal accompanied by alerts chain and ability to attach file to message in thread.
- Exchange with information based on definable E-Mail templates for Client information purposes and Admin personnel alerting and incoming from any external email systems. Lot of usabilities for for client that can be a member of multiple service provider portals.
- Implementation of Document Exchange and Communication Requests in the Customer-Wallet App. With access to the history/protocol of these to the specific sections via User Menu Entries.
