Our client, a cyber-security market leader, turned to Right&Above to develop a secure web browsing solution based on containerization technology. The idea was to provide the end users with a smooth web surfing experience as well as protecting them from online threats and to ensure strict compliance with policies.
Solution
To enhance online browsing security without slowing down user activities, our team developed a proprietary server side browser isolation technology based on Google Cloud platform.
Right&Above engineers isolated the user browsing activity by moving processes of asset fetching, web browser active code execution, and result rendering to the remote cloud. Further, we isolated each session including sending the image, video, and audio packages within separated virtual container to achieve even higher level of security for the end users.
Since users can deploy strong web access policies for endpoints inside the network as well as for roaming devices, the cloud browser solution allows sending certain blacklists or domain content categories to the browser instead of immediately blocking them. As a result, the malicious content can be displayed to the user without violating security.
The technology is available on desktop and mobile to be reachable anytime and anywhere.
