The platform accomplishes several key missions, such as connecting real estate agents and professionals from around the world, expanding the client’s network, helping to find suitable property investments or funding sources while ultimately increasing profits. Partnering with Right&Above, the client initially sought to add multiple functionalities and modules to its existing web based platform with quick time-to-market on a startup budget. The partnership eventually evolved from solely web development to mobile development and DevOps support.
Working closely with the client’s product management team, we continuously expanded the platform by introducing multiple new modules and improving the core architecture of the web application.
As part of the platform modernization initiative, the system backend was also upgraded and migrated to Laravel, enabling a more maintainable architecture, improved developer productivity, and faster delivery of new features.
This process ultimately transformed the platform into a powerful ecosystem where users can network, discover opportunities, analyze deals, secure funding, and flip properties more efficiently.
Recognizing that a strong mobile experience significantly impacts user engagement and revenue growth, we also developed native mobile applications for both iOS and Android, allowing investors to manage deals and monitor opportunities on the go. These applications are now available in Google Play and the Apple App Store and have reached over 100,000 downloads.
