The telecommunication provider with a geographically spread out structure was in a hunt for a centralized billing system, to allow for handling a large customer base and synchronization between the collocation and call shop locations.
Solution
Our team has developed and been supporting a custom billing solution to cater the Client’s specific needs. The billing system package consists of a fully-functional billing application for Web-interface and Windows and Linux platforms. The web billing system for IP telephony is a powerful remote administrative and management tool which allows real time monitoring and calls recordkeeping. The modules include Billing Management, Tariff Management, Monitoring and Statistics. The software includes a variety of tariff plans that could be added and/or modified, and provides users with in-depth analysis tools to optimize all aspects of their business. Moreover, the billing system provides invoice generation features to include creation, review, printing, storage and history of invoices.
