We built a scheduling platform centered around a simple but powerful concept: replacing negotiation with self-service booking.
Instead of exchanging messages to find a suitable meeting time, users share a scheduling link that represents their predefined availability, meeting rules, and preferences. Invitees can instantly select an available time slot, while the platform automatically creates the event and synchronizes connected calendars.
The solution supports one-on-one meetings, group events, configurable meeting durations, scheduling buffers, automated notifications, and reminders. The platform is designed to support multiple scheduling scenarios across customer-facing and internal business processes.
To further improve efficiency, we introduced an AI Assistant that enhances scheduling through intelligent coordination. The assistant can recommend optimal meeting times based on availability and preferences, manage meeting cancellations and rescheduling, support multilingual interactions, and continuously adapt to user behavior over time.
Behind the user interface, the platform leverages a structured architecture consisting of an Availability Engine, Booking Engine, Calendar Synchronization Layer, Notification System, Integration Layer, and AI Assistant services to ensure reliable and scalable scheduling operations.
